- PG Diploma in Town And Country Planning: A post-graduate diploma in Town and Country Planning from any recognized university.
- Associate Membership of Professional Institutes: Membership in one of the following institutes: Institute of Planners, American Institute of Town Planners, Institute of Town Planner London, Institute of Town Planner India.
- Equivalent Qualification: Qualifications that are equivalent to those offered by recognized institutes in London or the US.
